The facade is the basic element of planning the external appearance of the building. Schüco FWS 60
The Schüco FWS 60 mullion and transom façade combines maximally simplified processing with the best energy efficiency at the passive construction level.
This system sets new standards in terms of processing and energy efficiency. Well-proven systems have been improved, above all, for more convenient processing in the workshop and on the construction site. New, prefabricated system components, for example, ensure significantly faster and thus more efficient execution.

Schüco AOC 60
The AOC system enables simple and convenient construction of skylights and large-area vertical facades in a passive standard. The Uf heat transfer coefficient of up to 0.8 W / m²K (including bolted connections) for the system on a steel and wooden substructure complies with the strict criteria set by the Passive House Institute in Darmstadt. AOC overlay structures with system widths of 50, 60 and 75 mm on a steel (ST) or wooden (TI) substructure combine energy-saving construction with rational production and assembly. In the area of particularly demanding roof glazing, the innovative sealing system ensures maximum thermal insulation combined with easy installation thanks to the integrated guidance of the fastening screws. Also in the case of projects requiring the use of large-area double-chamber glazing, the new AOC design is perfect for carrying loads and guiding fastening screws thanks to innovative, patented system elements.
The MB-SE75 system is designed for individual facility projects, where the basic requirements include quick assembly of the facade and elimination of external scaffolding during construction.
